Original 1965 Capitol picture sleeve single. West Coast Capitol Records Pressing Plant, Los Angeles pressing with star/asterisk in dead wax run-outs.
Vinyl has several faint surface sleeve scuffs just barely holding grade back from NM-, nothing I can feel. Labels are excellent. Sleeve has cornerwear/edgewear, seam splitting middle of left side edge, seam splitting top of right side edge, slightly bent left side corners, increased wear/ripping along the open top edge, ringwear and a faint price ink stamp top right corner of front cover.
