Original 1990 US Self Immolation/Wax Trax! Records 12" 45RPM EP/LP. Vinyl is excellent with a couple very light surface sleeve scuffs, nothing I can feel. Labels are excellent. Cover in original SHRINK-WRAP with HYPE STICKER upper left corner has cornerwear and edgewear along right edge holding grade back from NM. Small split in shrink-wrap lower right edge and a small orange price sticker upper right corner on shrink.
