Original 1986 Noise International GERMAN FIRST PRESSING with the original shrink-wrap and inner sleeve. Vinyl has many surface sleeve scuffs/hazing holding grade down. Labels have light wear. Original inner sleeve has very heavy wear/ripping/splitting all-around and tape around all of the edges except the top. Cover in original shrink-wrap has heavy cornerwear, heavy edgewear, spidering around the edges, and a ding/rip upper right corner of front cover. Shrink-wrap is taped to the cover with clear scotch tape along the top edge and along the right edges inside the covers open side. Shrink-wrap is split along the bottom edge.
