Original 1971 issue on blue Bizarre label with printed inner sleeve. Vinyl has a few light surface sleeve scuffs/hazing and a spot of heavy wear at the edge of the record that causes some light background noise through the first few grooves on either side. Side 1 label has a couple faint spindle marks. Original inner sleeve has seam splitting at bottom and side edge seams. Cover has heavy cornerwear/edgewear, dinged bottom corners, seam splitting at center of bottom edge, seam splitting almost entirely along spine edge, heavy ringwear/hazing, writing at bottom right corner of front cover.
