Original 1964 Vee Jay issue on rainbow color-band labels with bracket logo at the top of the labels. 'Audio Matrix' and Monarch Record Mfg. Co. '(MR)' logo stamped in the dead wax run-outs. Includes original Vee Jay sleeve.
Vinyl has numerous faint surface sleeve scuffs holding grade back, nothing that I can feel though. Labels have wear/fading and the black background has been almost completely colored in with black marker. Original Vee Jay sleeve has heavy handling wear/wrinkling, cornerwear/edgewear, bent/creased corners, numerous bends/creases and a touch of ringwear.
